February 26, 2019, Have A Pleasant Day, How Do You Know When Spring Has Begun?


This is what February should be. In fact, the predicted high of 52 falls right in the normal zone. Another sunny one, too. The National Weather Service in Louisville said it well “All in all, a pleasant late February day.”
