February 10, 2019, Wintry Mix/Flood Watch, A Spring Wildflower ‘Superbloom’

Atmosphere:

My wife is hustling up to fill the bird feeder now in case things turn icy.

As of about 7:45 this morning, radar showed precip moving into eastern Jefferson County. As it moves into Oldham we have an air temp of 27. Ground and pavement are also cold. The Louisville NWS office says this will be a mixture of rain, snow and freezing rain – all rain after about 1 pm. A flood watch will be in effect this evening through Tuesday.
