Dawn was clear and cold, 18 degrees. A calm day ahead, the high will be 38. A complex winter system moves in tonight bringing snow, ice and rain – depending on where you live. Oldham County is a few miles more north and our snow accumulations tend to more closely match what southern Indiana gets rather than Louisville. Accumulation forecasts are all over the board. The pros at the NWS say 1-2 inches tonight are possible, 1-2 Saturday and maybe another half inch Sunday. There will be warm air mixing in this system so some melting and changeover to rain is expected.
